      <description>&lt;p&gt;In the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, &lt;strong&gt;PRB&lt;/strong&gt; stands for a &lt;strong&gt;Promotional Review Board&lt;/strong&gt;. These boards are  what I have been effectively working under the guidance of, indirectly, for the last three years. The marketers and regulatory staff I worked with reported to those boards to get their materials approved and had to make them agreeable to the board. My job was to build the thing as close as technically possible to what is approved.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
